Processor Factor: Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 powered by Dual core Exynos 5250 processor clocked at 1.7GHz with 1.5 GB of RAM, whereas Galaxy Note 2 powered by Quad Core Cortex A9 CPU and Mali 400MP GPU clocked at 1.6GHz with 2GB of RAM.
